Hi Everyone, A little about me. Born and raised in the Madison area. Truly a great location to live and raise a family.
In 1985, I married my high school sweetheart. I'm a dad to an amazing and talented 18-year-old girl.
Professionally, I have been in the housing industry for nearly 27 years, with experience as a Real Estate Agent, sales of building materials, and custom home building.
This knowledge provides me with the expertise that is uncommon among many real estate agents. The ability to see dollar signs when looking at potential repairs or remodeling costs. This knowledge is critical to have during the home-buying process.
27 years of experience have taught me to understand the importance of 3 key areas:
